Testimonials:
Kathleen Osborne, a computer literate octogenarian living in Storrington called upon our services when the hard drive of her Dell laptop crashed. Fortunately we managed to revive her laptop without the added expense of buying and fitting a new hard drive. Kathleen or Kate as she likes to be called, is highly delighted and she put the money she saved using Sussex Computers towards a well deserved holiday in South Africa.

Jim James of The Top Table Storrington called upon the services of Sussex Computing when the broadband email and internet connection on his PC failed.  We quickly discovered that Top Tables PC and router were in perfect working order.  Further investigation proved it was a telephone line fault that was causing the problem.  On behalf of Top Table we took up the challenge with BT and we continued to chase them until the fault was finally rectified.  Afterward Jim was pleased to recommend Sussex Computing by putting our advertisement in his shop window.

In West Chiltington, we installed new computers linked via a wireless network for Andy Plumbing & Gas Services Limited.  We then completely refreshed an old PC and a very slow laptop for the same company bringing both computers back to full efficiency.  After the work was complete, Andy himself said "Fantastic, thanks for all your help.  I will not hesitate to recommend you to all my friends".

Graham McKenzie of TravelMole was touring Eastern Europe with his laptop doing sales presentations when his laptop failed during one of his demonstrations.  Graham called on the services of the local IT experts for help.  Unfortunately, the experts were unable to help and they told Graham that his laptop was beyond recovery.  The bad news was a total disaster for Graham because all of his work was on the laptop and he had not undertaken any form of backup.  Graham curtailed his business trip and on his return to the UK he called on the services of Sussex Computing.  Within four hours of receiving the laptop we had managed to download the contents of the hard drive to an external USB drive.  We then set about the recovery.  Graham was given his laptop back in full working order.  He said "Absolutely brilliant".  So we guess he was pleased.  Graham, please remember to do your backups!
